With a unique journey in music supervision, Annette Conlon has been a Music Supervisor since 2017. Her path began when she performed in a live band for an internet TV Show, where she met the Sound Engineer who introduced her to the Producer of an indie film. This chance encounter sparked a friendship and business relationship that has flourished over the years.
Fast-forward to 2017, the music supervisor on After Everything quit due to an emergency, and the same Producer asked Annette to fill in. By combining her 25+ years of music knowledge, industry connections, and technical know-how, Annette jumped into the role. She continues to clear complicated synch requests, navigating the world of music supervision to her client’s satisfaction.
On Crypto, Annette’s involvement went beyond music selection. She worked closely with Alexis Bledel, providing vocal instruction over the phone before her recording session. On Becky, Annette arranged the ADR groups and sang with Lulu Wilson so Lulu could learn the key/melody before she recorded her tracks.
